Things people often ask

How do I get my watch to you? +

You can bring your piece to the workshop at 58 Nimmanhaemin Road during opening hours. If you would prefer, contact us first and we will arrange a convenient time. We do not recommend posting valuable pieces without speaking to us first about packing.

Will you tell me what is wrong before starting any work? +

Always. We carry out an initial assessment and describe what we find in plain terms. No work proceeds without your agreement. If the findings change the scope, we contact you before continuing.

How long does a vintage overhaul take? +

A complete vintage overhaul is a patient process. Depending on the piece and its condition, it typically takes between four and eight weeks. We share milestone updates so you know where things stand throughout.

Do you work on all watch brands? +

We work on most quartz and mechanical watches regardless of brand. If a piece requires factory-proprietary parts that we cannot source, we will tell you honestly and suggest where you might find specialist help.

Are the prices fixed? +

The listed prices reflect standard service scope. If we find something during work that adds complexity, we discuss it with you before proceeding — the final cost is always agreed before any additional work is done.

Is my watch insured while at the workshop? +

Pieces left with us are kept securely. We encourage owners of particularly valuable pieces to speak with us directly about their concerns — we can discuss documentation and handling procedures in detail when you visit or call.
